Shipping & Returns.

For international buyers!

If you would like to reduce the shipping costs, you can email me prior to placing an order, and we can talk about the option of shipping the painting unstretched and rolled in a tube.

It means that I will need to take the painting off the wooden stretcher bars, roll it, and ship it in a mailing tube. And afterwards, you need to stretch the painting again, either yourself or at a local frame shop.

This way, we reduce the weight of the package and the shipping fees. 

Please note!

   Overseas and border-crossing shipments (outside Norway) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any  additional charges are at the customer’s expense. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before your order.

Shipping

All paintings will be carefully and securely packaged with protective cardboard & bubble wrap, insured, and then shipped with a tracking number within 7 days of purchase.

Domestic orders normally will arrive within 3-7 days. 

International orders will normally arrive within 10-14 days.

Returns

My number one priority is that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Please, prior to purchase, request more photos, or email me with any questions, if you are not sure about the colors or specifics on a particular piece. I will always be happy to help. I do my best to provide each piece with an accurate photo, but please keep in mind that when viewing art online monitors can vary in color, brightness, contrast etc.

However, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 7 days to contact me by email julia.grande.art@gmail.com and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned i will refund your payment (minus the cost of original shipping and payment processor fees) within 7 days.

*Commissioned pieces and gift cards can NOT be exchanged or refunded.

If you receive a work that has  been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days and attach a photographs. You'll get a full refund.
